First Page Of Google! Wonderful Feeling and This How (Infographic)

Want to be on the first page of Google?

Last week I experienced something that I haven’t experienced in a while. I wrote a blog post on a newbie internet marketer program called Copy Paste Cash and with my SEO skills, was able to get it on the first page of Google.

See for yourself. Go to Google and search “Copy Paste Cash Review“. I should be like #6. I’ll do some more off-page SEO to move it up later.

You can also see another product I reviewed (it was a total dud by the way). Go to Google and search “Honest Instant Cash Plugin Review”.

By the way, these are two HEAVILY promoted programs. Even getting close to being on the first page of Google is a huge accomplishment.

Anywho, it’s a real good feeling seeing the fruits of your labor; especially while their still ripe.

Confusion about getting on first page of Google

first page of GoogleSEO for WordPress blogs has changed tremendously ever since Google started releasing all those animals out of the zoo.

Backlinks, on-page SEO and what not.

Many marketers including me, thought SEO was done.

I thought you had to have an authority blog and the only way to get an authority blog was to blog your butt off producing all unique content daily.

Not my style…

Well I brushed the dust off the old SEO handbook and decided to just try some old stuff….

Old SEO still gets you on the first page of Google

But there’s a catch?

You do have to write good content. As you saw, my post was well over 700 words. I rarely write posts under that..

Off-page SEO

You can create a SEO link wheel with spun content and point them all to your original article. This works great by the way.

DO NOT go to FIverr and buy backlinks. You do not know where those backlinks are coming from.

I suggest finding relevant blogs and just commenting to create backlinks. It sucks but their natural. Nothing beats natural.

On-Page SEO

For on-page SEO, I make a lot of my words and phrases I want to rank for, either bold, italic or underlined. These little tricks still get Google’s attention.

For better SEO, I  use a plugin called SEOPressor. It helps out big time with seeing how your page will rank in Google. I’ll do a review on it soon.

  • About Me…

Hi my name is Dennis Marshall (that's me) and I'm a full time blogger/affiliate marketer/internet marketer. I dibble and dabble in real estate also but my main focus is online. I wrote a book called "The Definition of Success and Why Yours Is Wrong" that got well over 3000 downloads in the first couple months (that's freakin' awesome). I'm always looking for new ways to crush it online and love to connect with like minded people.

I now go by Dennis the Blogging Menace (after Google Panda killed SEO) and you can find me on Twitter, Facebook and Google+
